Ice skating

Ice skating is fun and awesome you can get outside and do something new
It was my first time so i was a tiny bit nervous and i had butterflies in my tummy but i just went out ther to do something new i took lots of  risks!!!!!!!

Anzac biscuits

We stared to make our biscuits we got 1 cup of Rolled Oats, 1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Coconut, 1 cup of brown Sugar, 1 t of Baking Soda, 2 T of Golden Syrup
,125g Butter, 180c oven makes 20 biscuits, 2 T of boiling water Preheat oven to 180c. Lightly grease a baking tray or line with baking paper. Combined the oats, coconut, flour and sugar together in a large bowl. Melt the butter and golden syrup together. Dissolve the baking soda in the boiling water and add to the butter mixture. Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix together. Roll teaspoons of the mixed mixture, into balls and place on the tray then lightly pushing down on the biscuits with a fork, allowing room for the biscuits to spread. Then bake in an oven for 12-15 minutes, cooking one tray at a time, then when they came out we put them in silicone and then tied ribbon around the biscuits when they're in the silicone.
At first the biscuits were called 'Soldiers biscuits' but after they landed in Gallipoli in 1915 they were then renamed Anzac biscuits. ANZAC Biscuits. The word ANZAC was eventually applied to all Australian and New Zealand soldiers in World War 1. The term is particularly associated with the landing in Gallipoli on 25 April 1915.

Here are my goals for Term 1. Each week we write goals and reflect on the last week's goals We try to achieve our goals each week and if we haven't we can use them again. We also reflect on a quote which help us to set goals. The quotes have a message for howwe should be working.
